Washbasin Windows guarantees premium service with our Streak Free Promise. We will guarantee the
correction of any mistake when notified within 36 hours of the invoice date. This guarantee in not for spontaneous weather
effects especially when both parties are aware of potential circumstances and agree on service at that time. We are conscious
of weather circumstances and prefer to work at the convenience of the customer.
In addition, we cannot be responsible for any pre-existing cracks, scratches, stains, permanent hard
water, manufacture's workmanship defects, or any other such damages to windows, screens, and tracks. Nonetheless we exercise
the utmost care while handling and cleaning your property by using drop cloth, protecting ladder from damaging structure and
other precautions.
